Tips + Tricks for a Good Session

Whether you’re new to cannabis or have been a fan of the plant for a while here are some tips to help you stay rooted, even at your highest.

Start low, go slow.

It’s pretty simple but should never be forgotten. Getting “too high” can be an uncomfortable experience for some. It’s best to learn what your tolerance and comfort levels are and use that knowledge to have the best experience possible.

Stay hydrated, drink water.

Always drink plenty of water. Cannabis products can be known to cause dry mouth, the best way to combat this is to have plenty of water before, during, and after consumption. Drinking plenty of water can sometimes help to combat the notorious “munchies” as well.

Eat before.

One of the most common side effects of THC is “the munchies”. Many find that they over eat while high. If you eat prior to consumption, and are drinking plenty of water this could help curb your munchies.

Healthy Snacks.

Having healthy snacks easily available will help you to not feel so guilty after getting hit with the munchies. Some healthy snacks like mango may even elevate your experience.

Be safe. Be responsible.

Always consume where it is safe and legal to do so. Never smoke or vape around children. Never share cannabis or THC products with those under 21.

Plan ahead. Stoner brain happens.

If you’re new to using cannabis/thc products, be sure to plan ahead. Do you want to watch a movie at home? Have it picked out and ready to play? Going to a concert? Plan your ride and pickup times beforehand. Going out to eat? Plan your ride AND Browse the menu and pick your meal ahead of time. Nothing worse than spending 45 minutes picking out an appetizer
